LC Systems provides project management for all its information technology (IT) contracts and initiatives. Project management includes the day-to-day management of personnel resources, the monitoring and review of individual assignments, and technical and functional guidance in completing tasks. Additionally, project management includes weekly status reports providing a summary of the tasks completed, those still in process, and potential risks and issues. Materials will be prepared for executive level briefings to keep management appraised of progress and these briefings will be scheduled at key points in the initiative or project life cycle.
